In Morocco, as in most countries, not all products are allowed for shipping. Some items are considered too dangerous, sensitive, or unethical to transport. Other products require special authorization before they can be moved within the country.

Products requiring special precautions
Some items from the list above can be shipped under specific conditions. For example, alcoholic beverages must be packed in certified containers and shipped to professional clients with a selling license.
Fragile items like screens, vases, mirrors, and paintings must be carefully packed. If the packaging is inadequate, Ameex will not be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
Ameex's right to refuse
For the safety of our teams, Ameex reserves the right to refuse any parcel that may pose a risk. Shippers should ensure that all parcels are properly packed and comply with regulations. Parcels lacking complete sender or recipient information will not be delivered.
Road transport restrictions
Certain dangerous goods are prohibited from road transport. However, air delivery services may sometimes be an option for these items. Valuables must be transported by certified special teams.
How to deliver a parcel safely in Morocco
Before shipping a parcel, ensure that its contents comply with Moroccan regulations. If you have a certificate for special transport, provide it to our team. Make sure to inform Ameex of any special precautions to protect the package during transit.
